Bitterness Units: 60
Malts: Pale
Hops: Amarillo, Citra, Azacca, Topaz, St. Cardinal

Brewer's notes:
Although bitterness in this IPA is high, there is a nice balance between the hop character and the body of the beer. Not much citrus punch like in a West Coast alternative but a fruity one instead.
Fruity notes of Mango, Pineapple, peach, apricot & nectarines are really obvious.
